My working life for my sins was advocating pasteurisation as an engineer building heat exchangers and homogenisers plus separators. The irony now is I won’t touch pasteurised milk, so now it’s all raw milk, especially from jersey cows for their milk is the highest fat content.. cream.
My view on homogenisation is, it’s a total waste of electrical energy. The same goes for separation for to separation is easy to manage. The scent of pasteurised milk always smells burnt and the taste lacks the freshness and full body flavour of raw milk. In the uk min temperatures are 72.2 Celsius but most operators work at 76 or more, so now the taste is caramelised and a burnt taste the contrast from raw is huge.
Thank you for telling folks about your 180! How few people can do that, but it reverberates farther than you can imagine, making others pause to consider axioms of modern life that are overdue for questions. Also, it's good for our kids to observe that it's possible to change course, and that the courage required is there for everyone. No one has ever bragged that they won't change their minds NO MATTER WHAT, and yet so many of us live like that.
I'm glad you appreciate this uncommon information. I'll remind readers that I didn't write any of this post, I am trying to get good information out, like so many of us on Substack. Another great source on raw milk is WestonAPrice.org, and that's a good place to look up any ailments you or someone dear to you may be dealing with. And, by the way, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was raised on raw milk.
Yes, I love Tom Cowan and his co-founder, Sally M-- mmmm, forgot her last name-- Mellon? lol anyway. They're great. RFK Jr is a problem in my view. I think his daddy was probably okay, but... who knows, that he has done a 180 on the vaccine issue is HIGHLY suspect.
And sorry, I think I did see that you were re-posting that, but I jumped up and down and ran around the house at 85mph, so I was all furry by the time I responded... ;)
All the kids who live around me drink raw milk. I started drinking tea from the neighbor in the morning after he had milked. Its not boiled, and has barely any tea in it at all. idk if its the same as raw though.
The temperature from the cow is about 32 / 35 Celsius and then it’s cooled to about 5 c that is the definition of raw milk. The tea may rise the temperature, which may reduce the benefits of raw. Though not sure about that. Enjoy!

UHT milk is even worse.
